UltraServe Proves Technology and Business Proficiency in Digital Customer Experience

We are proud to announce that UltraServe has achieved the Digital Customer Experience (DCX) competency from Amazon Web Services (AWS). The DCX competency, along with other competencies offered by AWS is considered the pinnacle of partnership at AWS. Of the thousands of partners in the AWS APN, between 3-5% of them achieve a competency with AWS.

According to AWS, the AWS competency program verifies, validates, and vets top APN Partners that have demonstrated customer success and deep specialization in specific solution areas or segments. UltraServe has been validated to follow AWS best practices for building a secure, high-performing, resilient, and scalable solutions.
