Congratulations to Ellen Sheppard for being named the CEO Award winner for Q4 2022.
As Vesta Onboarding Manager, Ellen is responsible for working with new clients to plan their launch on the platform. A key component of her role is to ask the right questions and quickly understand a customer’s business and their challenges. The onboarding process requires working directly with customer teams to answer these questions, provide training and explain the features and best practices of the Vesta service.
