Julian Acosta represents the team mentality that drives so much of the Ultra Commerce success story and the success stories of our clients. It’s a big part of why he was chosen by CEO Matthew Hyland as the winner of this past quarter’s CEO award.
As service desk engineer, Julian is part of the team that is in the trenches with our customers, ensuring our platform is performing at peak for them 24/7/365. It’s a demanding task and one he meets consistently with aplomb.
“I really like the fact we are a close team and can get together and get things done,” Julian said. “We don’t hesitate when someone needs assistance. We are always up to help each other.”
It’s that closeness that drives such remarkable results for Julian and his team, much to the delight of our customers.
Julian’s CEO award is no surprise to his closest colleagues. “Julian’s hard work and determination is inspiring to see every day,” said Sammy Voss, a fellow service desk engineer. “His commitment and dedication to the job brings a great atmosphere to the team. He is an incredible asset and I enjoy working with him day in and day out.”
When Julian isn’t manning the Ultra Commerce service desk, he spends his time as a devoted husband and father of two. He enjoys working around the house on various DIY projects and counts arcade video game restoration as a hobby.
