UltraServe Achieves AWS Retail Competency Status

UltraServe, a leading global digital commerce solutions provider, announced today, at AWS re:Invent 2019 in Las Vegas, that it has achieved Amazon Web Services (AWS) Retail Competency status.

UltraServe, a leading global digital commerce solutions provider, announced today that it has achieved Amazon Web Services (AWS) Retail Competency status. This recognition acknowledges that UltraServe has technical proficiency and proven customer success across numerous innovative solution areas in retail spanning data lakes, artificial intelligence (AI) / machine learning (ML), predictive analytics, internet of things (IoT), intelligent automation, and retail transformation. To receive the AWS Competency designation, APN Partners must possess deep AWS expertise and deliver solutions seamlessly on AWS.

Achieving AWS Retail Competency status builds on UltraServe’s relationship with AWS, having already achieved AWS Digital Customer Experience Competency status, and signed a Strategic Collaboration Agreement with AWS in May 2019.

UltraServe’s solutions run exclusively on AWS, including the recent launch of their disruptive digital commerce platform, UltraServe Commerce. UltraServe Commerce is designed to remove many of the pain points experienced with traditional digital commerce solutions, providing a fast-to-deploy, flexible, customizable solution with guaranteed availability at scale. Offered as a pay-as-you-consume licensing model, it delivers a lower TCO with reduced upfront costs.

To receive the AWS Retail Competency designation, AWS Partner Network (APN) members must possess deep AWS expertise and deliver solutions seamlessly on AWS and show success in offering end-to-end solutions across Customer Engagement, Corporate Merchandising and Planning, Supply Chain and Distribution, Physical, Digital, and Virtual Store, Advanced Retail Data Science, Core Retail Business Applications, and Consulting Practice for Retail on AWS.

AWS Retail Competency Partners undergo rigorous validation by AWS to ensure alignment to AWS best practices for building the secure, high-performing, resilient, and efficient cloud infrastructure for industry applications – to give customers an increased confidence when making decisions.

Achieving the AWS Retail Competency differentiates UltraServe as an AWS Partner Network (APN) member that delivers highly specialized technical proficiency.

“UltraServe is proud to achieve AWS Retail Competency status,” said Matthew Hyland, UltraServe CEO. “At UltraServe, we are 100% dedicated to helping our customers achieve their digital commerce goals. By further deepening our relationship with AWS and leveraging the agility, breadth of services, and pace of innovation that AWS provides, we can deliver truly transformational outcomes for our customers globally.”

AWS enables scalable, flexible, and cost-effective solutions from startups to global enterprises. To support the seamless integration and deployment of these solutions, AWS established the AWS Competency Program to help customers identify Consulting and Technology APN Partners with deep industry experience and expertise.

“With the help of UltraServe and their relationship with AWS, we now deliver market-leading experiences to our global customer base. In order to out-perform in the highly competitive retail market, we require a high performing and resilient digital commerce solution. UltraServe provides the scalability and flexibility we need to grow our business globally.”
– Paula Mitchell, Chief Digital Officer at General Pants Co.
