Started life as UltraServe, the first private cloud business in Australia.
Appointed Matthew Hyland as CEO to lead the transformation of UltraServe into a global eCommerce software platform business.
2015
2016
Launched first generation commerce cloud platform product. First overseas entity established and office opened in Chicago.
Europe entity established, and London office opened. First external funding round completed with Australian VC Alium Capital. Delivered first projects in India, Europe, and North America regions.
2017
2019
Next generation severless commerce cloud platform product released. Signed as one of the first global AWS strategic collaboration partners. Delivered first major project in Japan and Russia. Signed contracts with largest global travel industry player and delivered project to install commerce on ships.
Rebranded to Ultra Commerce, coinciding with launch of fully integrated enterprise eCommerce platform.
2020
2021
Series A capital raise completed with Perennial Partners. Completed acquisition of Slatwall Commerce. India Operations Established and office opened.
Headless commerce platform product released. Established first partner program.

2023
Completed acquisition of Pinnacle Cart – US eCommerce Cart SaaS platform for small business. Completed acquisition of Omnyfy – with its Headless Marketplace Platform. Expansion of London based team to support customers and partners in EMEA.
Completed acquisition of Comestri – eCommerce PIM/Seller Channels platform. Rebranded Omnyfy and Comestri under the Ultra Commerce brand.
