Adam Cramp, more affectionally known as Crampy, stood out to Matt Hyland this quarter as he led a custom eCommerce site launch. His can-do attitude was instrumental for the customer and our team.

In typical Matt Hyland fashion, he pulled a sports analogy to describe our team’s success this quarter; “You can have the most talented individuals but the teams that succeed are the ones that play as a team and work for each other.” Adam only confirmed this was true as he received his award saying “… it is great to get the recognition but it was truly a team effort.”
